1. Refund of payment is not covered in the policy/terms, however, warranty on parts as discussed and agreed shall be binding on both the parties. Further, in case of any challenge in the fitment of the part or quality assurance, all issues will be addressed and subsequently rectified.

2. In case any part is incompatible, we will require the part back to our head office before dispatching the requisite part, this shall be done only after receiving the originally supplied part. No other item will be bartered in exchange.

WARRANTY: WORKING AND FITMENT

Once Kaxton parts are fitted and working fine then they work well for years. After fitment, you can drive for 200-300 kms for assurance of quality (valid for 15 days). There is no need to give extended warranty as we don’t know how the client drives the car in future, however, the goods never fail. Under Kaxton brand, all item are Mercedes BMW Audi Jaguar Land Rover Original OEM items. These items are same supplied to Mercedes BMW Audi Jaguar Land Rover in their Brand and same way to Kaxton in their Brand.
In case of any problem, proper videos and photos should be sent with Kaxton laser marking clearly visible on the parts. Once the issue is verified by photos and videos, then we will require the item back to our head office for rectification of the issue.
Please note that the warranty will be honored by providing the same rectified part/item which was supplied to you, there is no scope for refund.
We promise to provide you solid backup and support for rectification of the issues and problems if any.

After installation you can take a test drive to check the quality of Kaxton Air suspension parts for assurance of quality. All parts under kaxton brand are Original Equipment Manufacturer supplied products so you will never face any quality issue.
