1. Refund of payment is not covered in the policy/terms, however, warranty on parts as discussed and agreed shall be binding on both the parties. Further, in case of any challenge in the fitment of the part or quality assurance, all issues will be addressed and subsequently rectified.

2. In case any part is incompatible, we will require the part back to our head office before dispatching the requisite part, this shall be done only after receiving the originally supplied part. No other item will be bartered in exchange.
